Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion are important to our clients and to us.  Examples of ways we have helped clients meet their aims include:

  • Researching, communicating, and recommending Sharia funds
  • Working with private medical insurance providers to understand what coverage is available to support transgender employees
  • Working with benefit providers to ensure they offer non-binary gender identification capabilities. 
  • Working with employers to support the mental health of those in need with specific issues around diversity and inclusion
  • Communicating the support available for employees going through the menopause or in need of fertility support

Corporate Social Responsibility

At EBCam we aim to make a positive impact, helping to create a sustainable and more prosperous world. We are taking active steps to reduce our carbon footprint and are sharing ideas with our clients to help them ‘go green’. From volunteering at the Cambridge Food Bank, to participating in the Chariots of Fire, to Walking for Alzheimer’s Research, our employees enjoy helping local charities.
